Christy is originally from Florida where she was a pre-program intern at Conforti Conservation and Gulf Coast Art Conservation. She has also completed conservation internships at Kuniej Berry Associates in Chicago, the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody Wyoming, and the Cleveland Museum of art. Christy received a BFA in fine art from the University of North Florida and also studied art history at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. She is an accomplished artist with her work on permanent dislay at the Orlando Science Center STEAM Gallery, and recently she was part of an award winning mural project represented by snap! Orlando. Christy is currently at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston completing her third-year internship in painting conservation.
