Since 1988 she is a conservator of works of art on paper, maps and manuscripts at Library and Archives Canada. Her research, publications and presentations have focused on the treatment options for iron and copper containing inks and pigments on paper, and on the conservation, materials and techniques of portrait miniatures on ivory.
